We have openings for positions such as Secretary, Sponsorship Officer, Connector, Marketing Officer, and Volunteer Coordinator!

Do you have a passion for Pride and are you willing to dedicate yourself long-term (on a voluntary basis) to Eindhoven Pride? Then read on!

On June 14, 2025, it’s happening again: the 2nd Eindhoven Pride will take place. The parade will kick off in the afternoon through the heart of Eindhoven, followed by a celebration at the Town Hall Square. And because the previous edition was such a success, we have room for additional roles to make our event even more professional!

What will you do:

As Secretary, you will be responsible for managing incoming emails. You’ll also handle scheduling new meetings and taking minutes during these sessions.

As Sponsorship Officer, your main task will be to recruit new sponsors for Eindhoven Pride.

As Connector, you'll focus on building a network of relationships and maintaining our current partnerships. (This role can also be combined with the Sponsorship Officer position.)

As Marketing Officer, you'll be involved in the annual marketing cycle and collaborate with our marketing & communications team to create a marketing plan.

As Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll work with another volunteer coordinator to ensure we have enough volunteers to support us during the Pride event.

If you’re passionate about Pride but none of the above roles fit, perhaps a general board member position might suit you. We are happy to explore the possibilities with you!
Good to know:
The Secretary position is a board role. This means you will be registered as a board member at the Chamber of Commerce, and the roles are available immediately. You will also attend monthly meetings with the board to prepare for Pride. For the other roles, it is possible to take on the position either as a board member or a volunteer. We’ll be happy to discuss which option works best for you.
